This piece was created using the grisaille technique with oil paint. During the shading process I used a thin oil pen to write my thoughts on love, answering many personal questions along the way. What is love and what defines it? Does anything define it? What do I really love? What should I love, what constitutes love and deserves it? What is not love? Why do I love?
